Moisture Absorber BRANOgel Desiccant

We are offering here the Moisture Absorbing BRANOgel which is a proven solution for export packaging and also suitable for protecting plant and machine tools. It is a clay-based corrosion-neutral desiccant that is granulated and packaged in bags made out of dust- and tear-proof paper or nonwovens. The bags contain highly absorbent aluminium phyllosilicate clay (Bentonite). It is corrosion neutral, granulated, and packaged in bags made out of dust and tear-proof paper or fleece. Moisture Absorbing BRANOgel is very effective and made for commercial uses.

Characteristics

BRANOgel is a desiccant on a clay basis, corrosion neutral, granulated, and packaged in bags made out of dust and tear-proof paper or fleece. The drying agents remove the vast majority of the moisture from the air.

BRANOgel offers protection against moisture (corrosion, deterioration) for sensitive goods. For effective protection to be achieved, the packaging of the goods must be moisture-resistant. Each package must be heat-sealed and made moisture-proof.

Application

BRANOgel drying agents are added to the packaging just before they are sealed for the final time. It should be applied evenly and on top where possible (warm moist air rises). Direct contact with BRANOgel on pure metal surfaces should be avoided. Desiccants that are satisfied with moisture can cause corrosion.
