Application:

 A baking paper for a great range of cakes and biscuits requiring standard release properties (not for savoury lye snacks).Used as a dividing paper in the meat, cheese and confectionary industries; forcaterers and restaurants. For baking, roasting, steaming, freezing and dividing.Suitable for temperatures of up to 220C. The baking paper can be used severaltimes. The baking paper makes working clean and efficient, because there are nomore trays or shapes to clean. Even sticky and frozen goods can be removedincredibly easy from the paper. No more sticking thanks to the coating. We recommend covering as much of the paper as possible when baking because it hasa positive effect for multiple use.
